Hi Guys, can some one help me with some questions i have 1) Is it a good thing to switch to infy from IBM? 2) how much hike must i ask for during salary negotiations in infy? 3) Does infy have unlimited work from home as it is mentioned in the ambition box site? 4) what is the work life balance at Infy? So, I completed my graduation in 2023 with a bachelor's in technology. I was placed in Capgemini on campus in September 2022. Have a letter of intent with me. Around 200 people got placed. And from December-January 2024, my batchmates have started getting onboarding mail. It's just that i don't want to wait any longer since i have given my most of the time waiting. I would appreciate it if you guys share some 3rd party recruitment companies in IT field such as software engineering role and full stack developer roles.

Has anyone received their Infosys interview results yet? How long did it usually take for you to hear back? Anxiously waiting here!

It seems like the bear market effects are down upon consulting firms now too Got to know from multiple people that were joining top consulting firms that their onboarding is deferred by 6 months (across places like Bain, McK etc) Already enough existing employees aren’t on active cases, and so it seems like they’ve hired more than there is demand for cases, people who have actually been sitting on the bench for months If demand does not return, this could really stack up and lead to a problematic situation

Guys, one of my friends has given an offer to join Infosys by a third party payroll and they said that after one year depending on his performance they will get him in direct payroll of Infosys. Is it fine for him or for him career, growth and future? If anyone has faced this kind of experience please let me know what will be the better way? I got an offer from Infosys for the position of lead consultant. And they fixed a salary of 29 LPA with 80% take-home pay and 20% variable pay. My total experience is 13 years. So could you please tell me if 29 LPA is the correct value for the lead consultant, or should I go for further negotiation? Also, can you please help me before accepting the offer letter? What are the things I should ask Infosys HR? Should I ask for a for a joining bonus as well? Please guide me if you have experience with negotiation.
