Is it fine to join Infosys by a third party payroll?

Guys, one of my friends has given an offer to join Infosys by a third party payroll and they said that after one year depending on his performance they will get him in direct payroll of Infosys. Is it fine for him or for him career, growth and future? If anyone has faced this kind of experience please let me know what will be the better way? Hello, my friend is currently working in TCS as a QA Engineer with 4.5 YOE and 5.5 LPA CTC. Hello received an offer from Infosys who also has the same client with the same project. Infy HR said that he'll be working for the same project and the team is also the same. Hello asked my friend for the expected CTC and he told 12LPA which he agreed immediately. What is the fair CTC for my friend? How can he negotiate the CTC now since he already told the expected CTC?

I got an offer from Infosys for the position of lead consultant. And they fixed a salary of 29 LPA with 80% take-home pay and 20% variable pay. My total experience is 13 years. So could you please tell me if 29 LPA is the correct value for the lead consultant, or should I go for further negotiation? Also, can you please help me before accepting the offer letter? Every company like infy and Tcs have Client for which Tcs employees work, so basically we can say that Tcs pay their employees but they do work for client, how is that different from anyone working for third party payroll, even in 3rd party payroll, employees works for someone else and gets paid by the 3rd party, so can't we say that on earlier case Tcs is like 3rd party???
