BookmyShow Superstar logic?

Can someone please explain to me the logic behind the loyalty program of BMS called SuperStar? I am already a BMS superstar but don't really see any logic or even 1 rupee benefit of being a pro member of BMS! What goes in to the mind of these people while deisnginf such products/ programmes/memberships?

There are a few events where BMS charges approx 20% of the event fee. Is this because BMS is a virtual monopoly with Paytm insider competing a bit? Shouldn't this be a more competitive space with minimal charges to book?

Clearly something is fishy Bookmyshow took a terrible decision to introduce queues. And those queues are working like a priority queue. My waiting time increases then decreases then does random stuff. What the fucking stupid shit did you guys code.
