Need to upskill but ending up working 12 hours daily
Have to wfo , project is taking more than 12hours but no new technologies. Wanted to write AWS exam saa co3 on 28 Feb. Still iam very beginner. Not getting time to study as office and family demands. Please give ur advice how to overcome. I want to upskill and move out ASAP as salary is very low even though having more experience.
In same boat as yours,
- see if you can delegate your work to someone else
- check with your family for support on longer learning sessions on weekends (assuming you don't work on weekends 😕)
- get help from someone who has cleared certification and asked them to give small topics to study, slowly slowly you will cover
- no option to hustle

Break down your larger goal into smaller ones and spend atleast 15 mins on it everyday. But you should put 15mins consistently everyday, that’s it you’ll slow get there to your goal
