Hello finance experts, I am filing itr for first time actually I Have got money credited from two places one tds comes under section 192 which is my salary account and other from where I did intern which is 194JA which is related to professional or technical services provided now ? Help me choosing which itr 1,2,3,4? And where should I add the other amount the salary amount is automatically comming under gross salary and I don't have form 16 for intern stipend although I can see that under my ais/tis and form 26as ?

I’m starting my first job this month, CTC-14L I’m not sure but assuming I’ll get 80-90K in hand Considering the job is in mumbai, the rent and other expenses would be high considering it to be 40-50K (pls tell how much it should be at max) Also how much taxes will I be paying and how to save it max I really need your help, how do I start investing? Can I put all in Small cap MF, what would you advice? What should be the split between Stocks and MF, and in MF how much in which categories? I have around 8 lakhs in my bank account, and I was thinking of buying a car worth around 15 lakhs after 6-7 months. I have a few SIPs that I've been investing in for a long time, and I was thinking of investing this money for the next 6–7 months in these SIPs. So should I buy some kind of dip instead of keeping the money in the bank? Even after short term capital tax, I could get more returns than if I kept it in the bank. Am I thinking this right, or am I missing something? Any other suggestions?

Dear Grapevine Community, I need your suggestion / help / opinion. I am a Finance MBA grad having over 6 years of core banking experience in SME Working Capital Funding. I am also a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM). I am skilled at loan underwriting, credit appraisal, financial & ratio analysis along with credit assessment, business valuation, etc. I have been doing this for 6 years. However, now since last 5months I have moved to a backend role in credit analytics dept. We design a product (for eg - Micro loans to women entrepreneurs) as per the policy guidelines, conduct UAT, resolve bugs, make the product go-live in all branches, and continuously analyze data for potential gaps and tap the same for it's scale up. I am looking for part-time jobs / side hustle ideas where I can leverage my banking experience and FRM. Please help ! Thank You.

Hi, Am from tech background have 10+ years of experience. Have goal/interest in managing a mid size company with around 1000+ employee as a CXO professional in coming 5 years. I know this is not easy as someone who has no exposure in finance/marketing/sales etc because tech itself is not enough to run a business and sales and finance experience is also required for it. What all resources in finance should I delve into depth so that I can understand minutes of business so that someone like me from a tech background can somehow think of target to run a business and prepare for it. Can not go for top mba so kindly suggest me something so that I can learn and do it through self study. TIA
