Blog suggestion
I am thinking of starting a small blog which will outline small problems I have faced and their solutions. That would mainly focus on Python and Javascript. Does anyone have any blog platform suggestion?

No, if you want such stuff go for WordPress or ghost. Don't focus on such stuff at the start first grow your blog then look for this
