Back pain alert
I never had a back pain earlier while traveling via cabs from home to office. But now it has started little above the hip and below lower back. What to do?
Is it muscle related?
Check your vitamin D levels. Helped mine a great deal.

I had faced a similar issue in the past and got to know my D3 and B12 were very low and due to D3 calcium was not getting absorbed into the body.
Get the tests done before it's too late otherwise you will have to go through physiotherapy and other multiple procedures.

How is your lifestyle like how active you are and are you following any workout routine ?
I walk enough since I have seen people with back pain by sitting long in the same posture. I don’t go to gym, need to figure out now.
Walking is fine but start workout and follow the proper nutrition plan, you will see the result soon.
