Transfer pricing senior consultant Big 4

Is 11.50 fixed pay a fair pay for the post of associate consultant (experience of 1 and a half year)? And how much will I receive approx. in hand monthly?

I am sap functional consultant with 8 years exp and close to 20L ctc including bonus . I am not getting promoted in Deloitte so wanted to see what my options are in big 4 i am yet to receive hike and i got exceptional rating in Deloitte so my ctc might become 24L minimum . Any suggestions or knowledge on what others might offer me or am in a pretty decent range ??

Guys, can anybody here tell me what is the general hike in Big4 when someone gets promoted from Analyst to Consultant?

What is the expected increment/variable pay this year across big4- Assurance dept.

Hi guys. I work in a leading metal and Mining company in India. I have work experience of 3 years 2 months in the same role, same department. There seems to be no growth. I am looking for a switch in consulting domain in PWC, Deloitte etc. As many from my current company had gone for such roles. Any idea how much is the entry level salary for SAP consultant or other consulting roles. Current CTC-10.93 LPA How much can be expected. And if possible can anyone give me a referral. I really need to switch, as I feel my energy is draining in the current role. Sorry for the long post.

Hi friends I have 13 plus years of experience and am currently working on another big 4 for 4 years as sap sd manager. I am negotiating with pwc who is only giving 26per hike on my current fixed. No talk about variables and bands etc. How good or bad is the offer?

What will be the salary of a Senior Tax associate in Big 4 with 2 years' experience in US Tax . Currently as a fresher I'm getting 6lakh CTC. Just curious to know.
