I have an interview next week with the following rounds: Front-end round: 1 hr Break: 15 min System Design Round: 1 hr Engineering Value | HM: 45 min Any seasoned developers out there willing to share some tips or advice?

I have awork ex of 5 years and work with one of the best consumer tech startups in India making 32LPA and stocks. Lately, I feel that no matter how much you make here, the quality of life isn't all that great in Bangalore with the roads, pollution and what not. At this stage, I can't lose 2 years of my time to a masters degree and start afresh in the USA. At the same time, I'm not sure how to find job opportunities in US, EU or even SE Asia. Can anyone guide me on this?

Folks who are giving interviews these days, which companies are you interviewing for ? Also what is the method of getting the interview ? Did recruiter reach out to you on LinkedIn, or you applied on a company portal and got the call or did you ask for a referral ?

You all might obviously guess that I'm speaking about the other two posts in which each of them in their early 20s making 50+ LPA and 70+ LPA respectively. Honestly curious, how do these guys get paid so much? I feel like salaries in IT industry are heavily inflated. I'm from EEE background, trying so hard to find a job in Data field. I've previously worked in my field for 3 years, but the growth seemed pretty less in the long run, hence the switch. Finding a job as a fresher (in IT industry) is so hard man. I'm mainly looking for the startups. They either ask for experience, or the pay is very similar to what I made previously in my field. (which is <10 LPA). Above all, I'm not even getting responses from companies for my applications. So yeah, how do people in their 20s make so much in the IT industry? Is it only FAANGand big corps or applicable to startups as well (like unicorns etc)???

Need feedback from folks, who work remotely from India for companies outside India. How do you manage the timezone lapses? How do you manage being connected with the coworkers, who are globally spread out?

Currently looking on LinkedIn for jobs , haven't got any luck I look for job posting on platforms and then trying to dm the company person for the refferal. Ppl seldom ghost me . Any tips how to find and approach opening in us based startup? I'm looking for product/ delivery/ project roles . Currently have ~2 YOE as TPM

Hey Does anyone know what are the companies that are hiring for remote roles in Backend or software engineering in general? I tried many platforms but haven't received any replies apart from atlassian. Wanted to know how to get European startups and work from home 🏡 while staying in India. Was rejected in debrief of atlassian 🥲 Let me know if someone has a story too 😄
