No salary at fleek

Hello I belong to an edtech startup in bangalore, The company has not paid me and the other emoloyees for past two months. No idea what to do here! suggestions are welcome.

I worked with an early stage startup for 3.5 Years. Since this January they started facing a fund crunch and delayed our salaries. I left the job in May but till date they haven't paid me 3 months salary. Upon asking they say they don't have funds to pay salary, we will pay when we close our funding round. What should I do in this case. Should I wait and hope they will pay or just forget about it any suggestions?

Saarti.ai, an AI based tech support startup hasn't paid salary to their employees since March'23. They have been giving fake hopes that employees (140+ folks) will receive it soon and all. But their pockets are empty. The most interesting part, the senior management is still getting paid, but others aren't. Will these cash burning companies just continue raising money and biding time or will they implode soon? Not well informed on this, genuinely want to know how this works And what happens to their 1000s of employees

Hiring for a bunch of roles for an early stage startup. Salaries of people who have been laid off is through the roof 2-3 years experience asking for 30-40l and while we chose not to judge the experience and spoke to a few of them, most of them are not even worth half of the pay. Many are jobless since last 2-3 months and none of them are willing to take a paycut of even 5-6L and are willing to stay jobless ( probably have a ton of savings ) Market correction is necessary. Unable to find much job posting.

So this company posted a job listing on LinkedIn looking for a UX Designer with minimum 1-2 years of experience, who will have to commute to office everyday since it’s an on-site job and will get no work devices from office so he/she will have to bring their own devices too. And the salary they offer? 2.5-4 LPA max including benefits 😂🤣🤣
