CTC check: recently started working at a small VC firm as an investment analyst, how much should be my salary? I'm a fresher (no experience)
I know someone working with a similar company. They are paid 8.5lpa + bonus. Got a total of 2 yrs of experience.
Idea is to learn fast and get out of this place fast. Tier 2 vc analyst would make something in the range of 12lpa+
Tier 1 vc - 30lpa+ but you need an mba here
Depends how small; for very small funds I’ve seen pay starting from 7/8 LPA even (3-4 people team) For mid sized funds, it’s typically 20-25LPA (lets say where the fund size is $100Mn+
