Companies to apply 2023?

I'm a UX UI designer and I'm planning to switch by year end. Was making a list of good companies to apply to. It's difficult to get complete info online. People of grapevine already working or worked at some good agency or product company, please advise 😊

Hey Hey People. I've been in PM-ship for 4 years, and I have been jumping (unfortunately) from one sinking ship to another. Since Startups started going belly up, I've been switching but not able to keep up with the absolute abuse of 14-16 hour workdays including weekends. I am looking for some guidance or advice on how to switch to a "safer" company in which I can stay and build my career for the next 3-4 years. I've almost run through the gauntlet of 3 companies in the last two years and feel absolutely burnt to a crisp. Whether it be policies, workplace politics ( main reason for quitting the last 2 orgs) or culture, I am simply not able to go through the wringer. I want to switch to a place where I can do Product + Analytics but have a safer moat of a learning curve. Most startups lack any documentation or training and it's very disastrous when shit hits the fans because no one has any idea or documentation on what works. Pile up abusive micromanagement and valour thievery into the equation as well. I'm simply burnt out to death and I feel this shit hitting me in my skull every living second. I want to be in a place where I am able to perform and learn more (not breakneck) stable pace.

Hello Viners! Wanted to know what are some good product companies that offer great WLB and okay pay (need not be above market standards) and are hiring right now. Wanted to create a laundry list of companies where you can work sustainably for a few years at least. For some context: I have about 4.5 YoE & 3 years directly in product along with Master’s level qualification. Primarily have worked with early stage start ups and have experienced similar challenges in each so avoiding this segment and red flag companies (taking Glassdoor, ambition box reviews as the basis here) But a few people/seniors are suggesting to consider any opportunity with any kind of company as the market is bad. So wanted some perspective on the risk of career gap on resume vs being stuck in a similar company and going through the same job search process maybe 6 months or a year down the line? What would be a better trade off? P.S: Currently I am able to focus on overall up skilling and whatever is needed to clear job interviews and have decent financial security & runway. Any advice/perspectives are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I am looking for a frontend engineer role, and I want to change my current company. The problem is only a handful of companies give the TC I have with 3 YOE, enough jobs are still in the market but not in the range of TC 40lpa+ I am looking for. At this point I don't want to get lowballed and just accept any company offer just because I want to leave my current company. Any leads would be appreciated YOE : 3 TC : 40lpa

In India, particularly in Bengaluru. Work here means problem they are solving. Salary includes ctc, perks and stocks. Culture here means work-life balance.

I am currently working in a startup which has a terrible WLB. My drive to work has been completely killed and i see myself totally quitting this line of work due to it. But i am willing to give myself last chance to find a company that has decent pay but good WLB. So just asking folks here any MNC which is still hiring and has a good WLB please let me know.

Hey grapevine folks, I want to switch to a product based company with good payscale, but finding it hard to even get one interview call. Also, is it even fine to switch right now as per market conditions? I work at a good MNC with 10 billion dollar + revenue, but I joined here as a fresher so I get paid less. I am into front-end development, specialising in Angular with 2yoe. Any leads would help greatly.
