I got the internship opportunity for fresher react js developer, stipend is 15000. As a fresher I've been looking for job from few days and I got an internship role should I go for it or wait for another calls to come in for permanent job.

Having a technical internship makes your resume stand out when you go for placements or off-campus. Go for it, you're getting paid for your work as well. Sure it's not the highest but it is better than nothing. I know a few friends that are doing summer internships that require them to come in formals for 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, WFO and no stipend. They chose to do that to get that perk in their resume and to complete the requirement set by my college. Considering the current market it's best that you go with it unless you get a better offer
Take the internship and keep looking for better opportunities.
You've no idea about the bloodbath freshers are going through in this funding winter.
