Thoughts on moving to Germany

I am a social media lead with 5 years of experience at a profitable healthtech in Bangalore. My manager has assured me that he’ll train me and I’ll be promoted to a marketing manager in a year’s time. Would it make sense for me to move to Germany for an MBA and settle there at this stage? Or am I better off working in India? Need advise purely from a holistic growth POV.

I am interested in moving out of Bengaluru to Europe. Can someone help me understand the process? I am a product designer and would love if someone can help me understand the design scene there.

I'm 27, I've got 3 years of experience. 2 pre mba as a software developer at a US MNC (financial sector) and then total 1 year experience post mba (top 5 bschool India) as a pm. I quit my job for 7 months post mba to pursue entrepreneurship with an accelerator. Due to recent experiences, I've kind of had it and want to explore opportunities abroad. I know the MS route is the most common but back then I couldn't have afforded it. So I got a master's here because I got a good bschool. Now I'm feeling I'm stuck here, so for anyone who's managed to successfully move abroad post mba in India. 1. How did you do it? (Except internal transfers) 2. How many yoe did you have post mba? 3. Did you take a hit in comp (PPP basis) I am currently making 33lpa fixed + 6-7 in bonus/esops etc. I don't speak any foreign languages. What are my options? Do I have any options?

I am moving from a mass Indian IT firm - have 8 years of experience in IT Sales, etc - to a non profit- focussed on Entrepreneurship & Incubation in rural India for Research Manager. They have been granted funds from the likes of Tata, Gates, Premji foundation, etc. i have another offer from a German Automaker for a Partnerships Manager I am optimising for a profile to apply to MBA schools in the US. What will be a better choice - focussing only on B-schools. Money isnt a concern-the German major obviously pays better. Tldr: Have two job offers - one from non profit and another from a German Major. Which will be better to build a profile for a MBA in US. I am 30years, if age is matters. Dua mai yaad rakhunga

Hey, I have 8 years of work ex and I work in the marketing domain. Last role was mid senior level. I have done my MBA from a good B School in India. I am not interested in settling abroad so have always avoided/ ignored outside opportunities. But lately I have been thinking of moving out for a few years for exposure . I am 30 years old. Suggest if that makes sense. And if yes, EU and south Asia ? USA is a no. Too far and doesnt make sense for marketing. I am very confused and want to decide soon. South Asia seems to have a good but very limited pool of companies and EU, am not aware about much. Any leads/ companies to check out would be appreciated too as I have just started job hunt.

I'm a Senior QA Engineer with 7.5 yoe in gaming, e-commerce domain. I've been severely burnt out due to covid, repetitive work in QA and nothing new or building. I've been exploring and interested in building products, startups, marketing, design, product roles. I'm in a crossroad to choose the next role I can focus on. What would you do if you were in my place? I'm also thinking to take IELTS and apply for MBA or some masters in Europe. How well would that workout?
