Opportunity hunting - Growth/Strategy roles

I took on the interesting role of building an entire HR vertical 0-1 and delivering end-to-end organizational development consulting assignments in my previous role. I have been looking for a more decision-making role at a small startup where I can drive a vertical. Here's what I have done so far: Program Operations Manager – Robotics Accelerator and Fund (India and SEA) • Designed and implemented a three-phased accelerator program • Closed credit deal worth 500,000 dollars across SAAS and CAD tools to enable startups to have a kick start in their journey • Partnered with incubators and accelerators across India for deal flows • Ideated and executed a full-fledged automated tool to track and manage the 3 - phased accelerator program and Fund Raising ----- Investor Relations and Product Development (Investments) – YC Backed Fintech Startup • POC for Investors, Product Management and Development (Investment) • Built a single-screen dashboard to profile users and persona, automated customized notifications, and content to increase conversion by 40% • App v.3.0.- Ideated, created logic, and developed the Flagship, Opportunities offering. • Established and maintained partnerships with AMCs, asset providers like Golden Pi, Lendbox external vendors, ---- Founding Team – Fintech Startup (Funded by Accel, Matrix, Elevation and Bloom) • I have managed a clientele of 2000+ in the retail and HNI investor category single-handedly. • In the customer success team, I led the vertical of NRI investors. • Being a part of the 0 to 1 journey I had multiple feathers on my hat where I contributed in spaces ranging from Product to Investment and Operations. ---- Founder - A diet based customised meal plan and delivery startup • Diet plates started with the idea of being a one-stop solution for all the food-related requirements for lifestyle disease patients. • Scaled it up from zero to a subscription model for a clientele of 200 customers. • Got it incubated at IIM - B incubation cell

Hi All, I am on the lookout for a Sales role (startups). Have 15+ YOE working for Hotel chains in the past and then transitioned into Startups ( 3 large unicorns) and have been on both B2B and B2C as well. Now working in a bootstrapped startup (profitable). Reason for leaving, company is great and is into Media (advertising). I look after their Business for one of the verticals, but since 12 years they havent set processes here in this place and now they have though of pivoting, but the people who have been here since inception are only used to one way of working and changing certain peoples mindset is becoming a challenge. I am trying other platforms, thought of putting it here and seeking help.
