Staff SDET at NYKAA

Hi All, I'm working as IC in walmart and every day I do the same repetitive work and I know someone from Nykaa and they are forming a new team and they have an opening for Staff SDET and will be leading the QA team. But compensation wise there will be no much change , there will be no stocks in Nykaa instead they will increase my fixed pay. How should I go about it?
