I been working as Mechanical Design Engineer since last 2.6 years in Capgemini. But I have not got any experience as I did not got opportunity to work. Can anyone tell me how can get real experience in this field, so I can switch in another company? I want to Automotive Design field...

I am a mechanical engineer(2017).Later prepared for civil services for 4 years but didn't get through.Currently I am program manager for a not for profit organisation which works to encourage entrepreneurship across India.I have a 2 years experience and worked with NGO's,Not for profits ,e commerce platforms and politicians(MLAs) in these 2 years and have interacted with 1000+ entrepreneurs.I want to switch now but confused about where to apply.Please guide.Thank you.

I did my BTech in Civil Engineering and have 2 years of experience but I left my job for Govt job preparation and since then 4 years have passed. Can anyone please help me with a direction? Hi friends, My brother has done his MCA in the year 2017 and post that he didn't join any campus due to family business and during covid when our business was at its lowest time he decided to explore outside hence joined Adani groups as a product supervisor and currently working with Emami agrotech as a warehouse incharge... But now he want to make a career switch to software Field... Can anyone suggest what does he need to do to make so happen? Any demanding course or Institute who will offer guaranteed placement after course completion reference is what I need as part of your suggestion... Kindly do comment if you have any.. I did my graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi Technological University. Worked my ass off during covid lockdown to grab a Software developer job. Number of hours spent on DSA and development for straight 3 years. I was able to grab a decent package being from mechanical background. Currently i am working in Accenture as a software developer -> Java full stack developer + Angular (12LPA ctc, 9 Base) I want to work in a product based company which has better opportunities for me because i feel there is very limited opportunities in accenture and somehow people do not encourage to go for them at all. I need guidance on which companies should i be looking for great opportunities, great tech stack, with good management. Salary is never a obstacle for me. I am just looking for growth at this point of time in my career. Currently i am back to DSA again for interview preps. Referrals are also well appreciated.

I have done btech from cse, and got placed in a service based company. I just wanted to know what are the other options available other than being a software engineer. Actually I didn't explore the career options myself, always choose whatever is in the trend. But now I think it's time I can choose the right path for my career or atleast give a try. I don't knowy passion n all, good at academic till 12th grade, then average in graduation.

Hi , i have 2 years on industry experience in java springboot but i was on bench from starting and haven't brushup my skills much,learned springboot in trainning so have some knowledge of it but doesn't have project experience, so in order to switch or have other urgent job because or recession please give me advise how can i switch to next company and make most out of this situation. P.s i know i am wrong at my part but now i am willing to learn and seek advise so please help me with this regard it would be really helpful for me.
