go local, online apps seem like a scam. Your local guide can teach you and you can have fun!
I use fitness app by Apple. I also have an Apple Watch to track steps and sleep.
Apple Watch/Fitbit are good for measurement
If I have to workout from home, I actually just look up 30 min workouts on YT, some of them are really good
Nike trainer free app. Great 20-45 min workouts depending on your fitness level and equipment available.
“Home Workouts” app in iOS. It has all sorts of exercise regimes, for all varying degrees, like Beginner, Arm; Beginner, Abs etc.
