# When you finally fix that one bug print("IT WORKS!!!")

Has anyone experienced post threads sorting by newest, oldest and popular gives same result. They actually don't sort.

We saw malicious activities by users where all the user's accounts were withdrawing rewards into a single bank account. Being a small team and time-sensitive product we did not have the option to put bandwidth or stop the functionality. Started talking to one of the scammers, and told her that I was one of them, she was curious about how we being other users found her contact. The answer was we hacked the DB and found out that she was also withdrawing coins from multiple profiles to a single account. Praised her and told her that it was very tough to break that thing. She was like “You guys are fools, it's not that tough. I am doing it like this”. We fixed the bug in the next 30 minutes. We told her that your method was not working for us. Maybe the company fixed something. 🥲

I work at a fintech company.. We have a engineering team of 35 dev which includes around 10 senior devs and the remaining are interns and junior devs.. we got called for a productivity improvement meeting by one of the senior developer and he just denied chatgpt for us.. Okay I’am biased here.. I agree we need to embrace new technologies.. But his point was to use chatgpt promts to write all of our code and it makes no sense.. He demoed chatgpt promts and was like “ see you don’t need to write a single line of code “ When we told we should not solely depend on tools such as copilot or chatgpt as it will not help us as well as the interns and the junior devs.. You code to learn .. you don’t learn to code .. Just by copy pasting code snippets for chatgpt will take them nowhere and I’m pretty sure it will confuse them even more .. What do you guys feel ?

1) You develop a feature, covers every case where it can go wrong. Dry run 2-3 times. Then comes the day of UAT meeting. You are displaying feature in front of all stake holders and the feature breaks. 2) You are trying to solve a bug. You tried every way there is which you can think off. You are scratching your head, figuring out why ? Now you finally decide you need big guns, ask colleagues/seniors for help and you explain them the issue and you also explain them the solution which you were trying. Now magically issue is solved or you atleast understand what was wrong and why it was not working. What phenomena is this ? Does this only exist to make you look stupid ? How ? Why ? There got to be some explanation for this.

So i was in a mall having lunch with my family. Two girls came and sat on a seat that was right in front me for them i was sitting at a 90 degree angle. While i was having lunch i just caught one the girls looking at me. At first i thought she must be looking at someone behind me or there would be something behind me so i proceeded to not care and carry on with my lunch. After a couple of mins i caught her glance again and she was still looking at the same direction. This time i looked back to see and verify was there actually someone or something behind me. There was nothing but a path where people were walking by i again ignored and carried on with my lunch. A couple of mins later out of sheer curiosity i looked at her direction and this time i again caught her looking at me. Now i was sure that she was looking at me but such a looser that i am had absolutely no guts to give a smile to her gaze at least. I thought my mother who was sitting next to me would ask me questions i got too shy and panicked. I looked at her for couple of seconds then looked the other way as if to say i am not interested in you. I so wished i was alone or with some friend i sure would have approached her. Who knows what it could have lead maybe. What are your opinion folks?? Do let me know.
