Getting into Relationship with colleagues
Techie folks in banglore marry or get in a relationship with colleagues. I am new in the city and have been advised otherwise by the senior.
None of them bad experiences for me, but in general it's better to not date within the org. If the things don't work out, not everyone is mature enough to take it in a +ve way. Things spread around and everyday it becomes difficult to see the person you are trying to move away from

Well the tribal wisdom says don't. A teammate of mine did, they both together now earn 600k dollars a year, living life that many dream for.

I don’t think there’s absolutely any reason to not pursue a healthy relationship with a colleague. The MeToo and feminism movement has gotten folks jittery, but essentially if you’re working all day with a person and you’re friends, it’s still a better bet than some random person off an app
