Negotiating other perks if salary cannot be increased more

I want to understand what are some perks one can ask for or settle for if the salary offered isn't very satisfying but the company and product is good. Consider it's WFO

As the title says, I wanna know what's your highest percentage increase in salary in the same company. How can we increase our chances of getting a good increment? Is it just performance? Have you ever negotiated a salary increment? Would love to know!

I recently got a job offer at a well-funded remote startup headquartered in the US as a DevOps engineer. They adjust the salary package to account for the country so I won't be earning in crores... but I wanted to ask people who are in remote positions as to how to negotiate a salary that will be rigid more or less,no options are there to negotiate till a super high margin (maybe 10% max). For example, they are offering 33 LPA currently, does that put me in a higher tax bracket and can I negotiate for a lower compensation so that I can be put in a lower tax bracket, say I ask for 29 LPA and ask for a joining bonus (or HRA) or some restructuring to do that? I don't understand how taxes work in India especially with remote payments but I'm hoping someone can offer the right guidance and resources so that I can look into this in depth later on as well. This is my first ever job and I got it straight out of college, so I do not mind even if they are paying me less than their US counterparts. This salary is more than enough to survive in a tier 2 city (will be shifting back to live with my parents). I don't have much investments right nos, just a couple of FDs and some equity + debt funds along with stocks (mostly banks + chemical companies here and there). I can look into ELSS funds and what not if that can save up some taxes. I am considering talking to a CA about this too. (Note: not comfortable with naming it even if this is an anonymous platform because it has like a strength of 50 and I feel it is irrelevant to the discussion). TIA!

How to negotiate properly? Anytime we could get to do it on our CCTC or the holding offer (2-3L extra). But if I feel the company could pay more than it + my skills are worth it. How to put that out? Many times I get to see a response that your numbers are high compared to your current CTC / max we can give 2L more than your holding offer not more than it. Example: CCTC : 10LPA, holding : 15LPA, mostly HRs try to settle me at 17LPA max. But through some research if I see the same companies are paying somewhere between 18-22LPA, so I can get offered 22LPA also right! So in such cases how to know the range of hiring? how to negotiate to maximum(realistically) without any regrets and get the best, especially when I am expecting a 100% hike or more?. Does interview performance affect salary? Pour your input guys.

hey guys, I'm interviewing at a startup currently and they are asking me if I can work 6 days a week for a couple of months initially till the Product goes live. how do I respond to this? I want to take the offer but the 6 day work week is what pulling me back from accepting the offer.

tell me a good ballpark for negotiation where i am moving from a 5-day-a-week company to a (5+1) based on the workload a week company. from one startup (under 100 employees) to a similar company. tell me what's the baseline hike, what's average, and what's the best i can get?
