Urban company - Category Manager role

Hey folks a friend is interviewing for Urban Company's Category Manager role - cleared 2 rounds already. The final round is supposed to be "Operations heavy" Can someone please throw light on what kind of questions to expect? Any help or insights would be much appreciated :))

Fixed- 22 Lpa Bonus- 2 Lpa RSU- 6000 Unit Total TC Offered - 24 LPA (22+2) (Not considering stock option for now as its value is 0 as of now) Yoe - 3.7 years (almost 4) Current company am working - A product based startup organization. I have 20 years in IT, working as a Backend Server Side professional. My skill sets are in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, worked in Apache Kafka, ELK stack too. I had been laid off in January 2023, after that been doing some freelance, contract jobs just to get along. But it is becoming really hard to get a permanent one. Have given interviews but no result so far. Would appreciate any help and leads.

I am not really good with finances, my personal portfolio size is around 15lacs, and other than that my 11 lacs worth of Amazon RSUs are vested. I have genuine question on how do you guys manage RSUs ? Do you take it out and invest somewhere else or just let it stay there in your company broker account. Can someone help me in managing it better. A bit more context about me if that helps: * currently working as SDE 2 promoted 2 quarters back only ( before that TC was around 21) and current TC is around 49lacs

There’s this chap on GV who posted that they haven’t received any calls for the past 3 months. Has 2.5 years experience with a current ctc around 15L. We spoke to them only to realise their expectations are 32L (26 fixed and 6 in esops) In a market flooded with resumes due to unfortunate situations, is it fair to have such an expectation and at the same time, call out on GV that they haven’t been getting calls for an interview?

1. How is bytedance Dubai? 2. What should be the CTC that one should be looking at for relocating from India to Dubai. Current CTC is 35 LPA
