Offer Review: Tekion Corp

I’m expecting an offer from Tekion soon for a SDE 2 role. Just wanted to get the range of their SDE 2. Current TC: 14 (fixed) + 2 (performance) YOE: 2.8 (including 1 year internship) I have an offer from Meesho (but SDE 1 role) as well where fixed is 21 and 18 ESOPS.

Don’t ever join Tekion frontend job. First of all they will hand over intel MacBook Pro and they follow mono repo. You will keep waiting to run their repository and there are only 2 things table manager and form builder. You won’t learn anything new. And they are using HOC composition patterns which no company uses these days. Just for single thing you will have to fight with codebase for whole day. For god sake shift to modular coding style. 🙏🙏 Waiting for my offer from other company. Won’t even serve notice period here. Worst company ever in my life. 🙏🙏🙏

I've received an offer from Tekion for an SDE 2 role where they are giving me a total of 6000 stock units, but actual value of these stocks is not mentioned. It would be really helpful if anyone working there could give me an estimated worth of these ESOPS.

Software engineer with 2.5 YOE working for US based mid sized company with CTC of 25 LPA base + 1.7 lacs bonus + 10 lacs worth esops. Just wanted to know is this upto the market or should i look for better opportunity. Looking for answers . P.S Its a permanent wfh

Hi Grapeviners, I have an exp of exactly 2 years and i received an offer from a startup for analyst (level 1) at a cash component of ~ 20L (includes 10 % variable) and ESOP worth 3 L. My current company had an all fixed comp at 15 LPA ( fully remote) but the new company is WFO at Bangalore. I am also giving interviews for two other companies parallelly but my LWD of my current company was yesterday. Should I go ahead with this offer? Overall it looks decent but it's definitely not a financial improvement for me as the hike will offset the living expenses and the 30% tax bracket. Need your take on this guys. Should I wait more? The current offer I cannot hold for more than a week before it expires.

Any idea if Tekion Corp India is remote? I saw a role as remote, even the HR confirmed it is remote. But I see a lot of folks going to office. I'm confused what that's about.

I completed all rounds of interview and got the offer. How is flexport work culture in india as what i got to know that it's good and only get hectic during oncall. Ryan peterson is back as CEO so they are predicting to scale up business and india team handle some core products and it's not like providing support.

I've got a offer from omnicell for sde-2 Experience - 4 years Current stack - .net core , SQL server, Current pay : 15.5 lpa Omnicell's stack - .net core, angular, postgres, Kafka, Omnicell offer Cash : 22lpa Bonus: 1.5lpa ( 7% of cash component) rsu: 8.6 lakhs ( vested over 4 years ) Joining bonus : 1lakh Thinking to take back this offer and match my current pay since wbl at my current company is great. What do guys you think ?
