Air Pollution in Delhi - Hazardous health impact.

After living in Delhi NCR for 10y, I left for my hometown in covid and then switched to Bangalore. How is situation now? 400+ aqi is way too much. Like smoking 20 🚬 daily. Very deep consequences on health especially respiratory system.
