What to do on a 16 hour flight?
I am flying abroad for my masters in two days and I have a 16 hour flight ahead of me.
I can’t sleep on flights so I need some suggestions on what to do!

I had same issue and I am recovering now. Since last 1 year I stopped watching reals insta tv and reduce mobile uses. Started meditation and after nearly 6 month I could able to diage for straight 20+ minutes
It's really take time and hardwork to unlearn few bad habit and recover from this Syndrome. Use digital wellbeing toll on Android and start meditation practice
