I woukd suggest keeping TCS as a retirement company. Work for different organizations for first 15 years. And then chose TCS as a last company to retire from. Unfortunately, I couldn’t keep it as a last one, but if you can then definitely do it. Also TCS won’t pay you as per market standards and you won’t be able to rejoin once you quit. Good luck!!!

I have overall 14plus years of experience in both retail banking and customer service Having good experience in also AML. Now currently working as Business process lead in TCS - BOA Ofac support. Am i elligible to get High salary?

In 3 months, I will get 4 years experience in software testing field. Previously I worked in a company for 1.5 years as a software tester and in last 2.3 years I'm working in Infosys. I have knowledge in java, python, selenium, testng and soapui testing. I also worked as a manual testing. I worked in JIRA and agile methodology. I'm good at manual testing too.. My current CTC is 5.65lpa. Shall I expect 12lpa in this current market as a 4 year experienced software tester? Is it possible? Let me know if any company can give 12lpa for 4 year experienced software tester.

I have recently being offered a CTC of 11.3 lakhs from Infosys with 1 lakh as variable pay. Is the variable paid around 80%? And what would be estimated in hand salary for this role.
