This has sort of worked for me. My resume has been passed on to the HR team at Zomato by an employee. I haven’t heard back from them yet (hence the sort of) but the employee assured me that someone will reach out. So I’d say the best approach is to cold mail employees in the department you’re looking for a job in with your resume and a compelling pitch about why they should hire you.

They used to have the opening available on their job portal, but the only way to apply to the roles was via referral If there are no job openings on portal, most likely they are not hiring right now like everyone else
