TCS Digital or Accenture

I will finish 2 years in may, I worked as business analyst for 1 year 8 months and took release in order to get into a React Js project, I gave rmg all my skills, he said he could not get me a project on those skills, I am rejecting all the support projects, he threatened me saying people are getting released from company if they are not taking projects, (I cleared digital few months ago) Cut to the present- I am working on L1 Sap support, every day I feel like quitting the company, I might have applied for around 400 companies easily in the past 1 month I received call from 2 and neither had scheduled interview after knowing the notice period, If I dont take a decision now I wont be able to crack interviews later as days pass the experience I need to fake also builds, My options: 1. I thought I will keep my papers after the current hike and revoke it if I do not get any offer 2. Fight with the current manager for release on the basis of the 2 year contract he recently told, which was not mentioned while I was taken into the project. 3. Do my learnings parallelly and when I get an offer I will leave the company My current level of understanding in react is moderate, I have done few small projects and I helped one of my friends in his project for some time and I feel that I can crack interviews. Please give your suggestions, its a life thats going to change if i stay here for 2 more yrs I will come out with 0 exposure and 4 yrs experience.

I have received joining from Techmahindra (3.25 lpa) and I have an offer letter of tcs digital (7 lpa). I am unable to understand if I wait for TCS digital or else join techm because there is a bond in techm where I should pay if I leave the company before 2 yrs. Or else if I wait for tcs, what if I don't get joining till many months? Kindly suggest regarding this query.

I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA. I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year). As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast, should I join TCS and upskill myself or should i spend the next 6 months on my skill then apply somewhere else? I've heard TCS isn't for Freshers. help me out.🙃

What is pros and cons of working in accenture and tcs? I got offer from accenture of 14.5 lpa total and tcs is retaining with 11 lpa Should i stay back in tcs for a 1 year and then switch or switch to accenture now? I have 15 days left

Long story told short, I have couple of offers: from Deloitte and TCS with salary raise upto 40% from my current CTC. Ofcourse, I had plans to go ahead with Deloitte. My current YoE is 3.9Years. And I’ll be joining as an Analyst at Deloitte. (No change in band, im joining entry level position as my current company). But, If I complete 4 years of experience, I could move on to next band with significant change in pay slab joining as a consultant. My joining date is nearing, and I’m thinking to defer the offer for now, Try again after few months once I complete 4 years. What do you guys suggest? Domain: SAP EWM consultant. I have an Offer from Accenture (Application Lead) with 40% hike and an Offer from Mindtree (Business Consultant) with 50% hike. Both are Without Variable Components.
