How much should my pay range be

I have 7+y exp as full stack developer experience, currently in a consultant position with a total of 27 Lpa in which 23.5 is fixed. Now I wanted to switch the organization as I am not getting recognition. My technology stack is Angular in which I am an Expert. Nest Js, Node Js mongo db are my other skills. I did work with Flask no Python interested to work on it. JavaScript HTMl Material UI Aws code commit, Azure jenkins Or my other skill set. So please suggest to me how much I can expect the package with the current trend.

What would be the median salary for a full stack developer with 8 years of experience working in Gurgaon?

I am currently working with a start-up from the last 2 years as a web developer angular+ dot net. My current CTC is 5LPA. Waiting for appraisal form last 1 year, and management has cleared that we do not expect a magical raise this time, I will hardly get 25 - 30% this time. Should I wait for 1 more year here( product is good and work culture is best). Or look for another opportunity. How much salary should I expect from outside? I have good knowledge and worked on various things frontend, backend, ci/cd.

I am currently working at a product based startup as a full stack developer (Spring Boot + React Native) with 1 year and 3 months as a full time employee and 8 months as a backend developer intern in the same company. I am also handling their website (React JS) and DevOps. How much salary can I expect if I change my job rn. I prefer Backend development for the new job. Reason for Job change: The product we are building is pretty big and only 2 developers are there (one react native developer and me). I have to work 6 days (9hrs a day including breaks) and overtimes too. Also have to work on multiple projects on same time

Hi everyone, I have 6+ years of experience working as Senior Software Engineer on Javascript Stack (React on Frontend and Node..js on backend) My current TC is 22 Lpa I have not tried hardcore problem solving on leetcode but instead would like to use that time to sharpen my skillset on learning new frameworks and best practices. Should I try to jump as Senior Ui engineer in product based mnc’s as I have also seem senior leadership positions in UI on linked in with basic problem solving and would like to see if there is drawback in just going as ui vs backend and also what should be the positions and salary which I can expect in that experience. Have more than 5 years of experience working for a consulting MNC, a SaaS startup and a medium-sized consulting company. Over the years have gotten the opportunity to work as a frontend engineer(angular, react), a fullstack engineer(java, javascript/typescript, python) and currently a data engineer(pyspark/databricks, azure, gcp). Projecting my self as a fullstack/backend engineer only. What should be my fair salary ask in series A/B/C startups & other product companies?
