What should be my fair salary ask?

I am a UI developer with all the UI skills + UX expertise as well. Leading a small team at an IB in India. I get 27LPA + 5L bonus. Is this avg, underpaid or good?

Hello folks, I have 6.7 YOE in Frontend engineering and have been laid off at existing startup. My total CTC is 25LPA (22 fixed + 3 Bonus). I have cleared technical rounds at Publicis Sapient for Lead Frontend Engineer (Frontend React) and have salary discussion round tomorrow. I would like to know a decent ask for the same. I am thinking of 32 LPA (30% increase to 25 LPA). I would like to know if anyone has idea about salary at this level and if its a fair ask.

Hi guys, I am currently working as an APM at an AI startup(B2B SAAS) working on genAI product. Have 2 YOE and base of 20 LPA. Looking to switch due to growth barrier and work culture. Have given interviews with startups in similar domain for APM roles but getting ghosted after 3-4 rounds. I am looking for 20-30% hike. Am i asking too much? Any suggestions? I am a Product Designer at an Edtech Startup (raising 20m Series B soon) with almost a year (1) of full time experience but overall almost 3 (including internships) at some great companies. As I am looking for a change what salary should I expect? Considering:- - I have a design degree from a Non-IIT/Non-NID Tier 1 University (known for good engineers) [so good foundation hopefully] - The companies I have interned at range from Japanese MNC/Conglomerate, Indian Fashion focused E-Commerce Giant, Indian Food Tech/Delivery Giant & an Indian Digital Transformation Giant. - The average stipend I earned at these companies was around 40K/month. - The salary I earn right now every month is between 70 - 90K - I believe I have Got good Product focused UX knowledge. [Part of the Product team not a seperate Design Team] - Not another Figma/Framer drooling Designer. - Many of my peers from my alma mater are placed in Big Tech or Desi Giants owned by Foreign Giants So what salary should I be expecting? (Keeping aside the ESOP/RSU part) Is ~ 1.25L/month in hand is right ask? Please suggest.
