Looking for CTO

Ok...let's assume u build the product. What's ur GTM strategy? I assume, u will bring some subscription or ad based revenue strategy...do u think people will opt for it when fb group, WhatsApp and telegram is there!

He has done a few freelancing projects related to web development. He has less idea for native application development, choosing the right architecture, tech stack, framework to go with, and experience at making less buggy. CTO will increase delivery speed by his experience to choose the right one, making better decisions for our unique requirements and being self reliant. We like to keep the team small, and few interns to do tasks. 4-7 people.

Very interesting idea. Sounds decently technically challenging too. I want to understand how getting a CTO would increase delivery speed? How experienced is your tech lead?

Plus it is quite complex when you will understand the requirements.

Regarding Social Tool, it is in overlap with nearby people, places, things,... Discovery and important relevant information sharing in the form of notifications(not one you think). All in real-time instantly. The tagline is "A local intelligent awareness social tool to help every time when nothing can." And vision is "To assist you in maximum possible ways, hyper-locally, in your daily life to thrive as a social being." The Target market is Urban Population. Fancy, Impossible but true. We're certain to achieve it.

Don't we have SMS for this, receiving from verified numbers. Whatever the app you are building how would you convince everyone to install it. And we have telegram groups, subreddits for this and of course news channels, sites, Instagram, Twitter ... And for emergency notifications our mobiles have emergency broadcasts

One last thing. Look Zomato, Uber, Grapevine and Flipkart all are medium of seamless communication medium while the working is still the same. You still get your food delivered from local restaurants, ride with nearby taxi, communicate with bunch of stranger with strange names and all of those platforms serve as simple medium. I just made one basic and clear understanding that exchange of real-time critical and important information are crucial for urban people and I just need to build the medium. Is there gap? Yes. What exactly will they use it for? It is an amazing experiment to try and see for ourselves. Good night. Something I like to share for the Grapevine community regarding our startup, OpenChat. 0) You won't be paid for your work. CTO is just a tittle/responsibility for future, with dedicated equity, nothing more than that. You may not be a CTO and I may not be a CEO. (Possibilities) 1) Product, Idea, solution, Impact, uses and mass user adoption practicality are more than enough to convince anyone, even FAANG, to leave their 1Cr+ salary to join this adventure. I'm certain it will take just 1 hr discussion or 15 min explanation. 2) By doing that, I will hire an employee who sees something, but that is definitely not related to the vision or mission or startup. 3) I'm not just looking for experience/capable enough to build and faster delivering with an employee mindset, but an ownership mindset. Who had prolonged to do something amazing or challenging related to helping people at whatever places. Who understands those feelings and emotions of connecting people, places, things in meaningful bonds. Who is creative, imaginative at their past work and has done things they were asked for, but also things they were not asked to, because they can foresee futures and understand them with their imagination. That will help us to make sure to build a really helpful indigenous Indian Social Tool in the face of international dominance. That will bring hope back. (Please don't ruin it.) I have 0.1% doubt about the tool being widely successful, as I'm pessimistic, and 100% doubt for people trying to join it. Yes, because of non dedicated people who basically lie initially to pursue startup, are equally responsible for failure of some notable value creating startups. I don't and won't tolerate that and we will be working together. So you won't be able to hide it. You can join a startup as an employee or owner.
