Need full stack developer with 2 yoe, Hyd, 40-50k pm. Possible?
Planning to hire minimum 2 yrs experienced full stack developer to work for a logistics startup. Skills - Php and React
I know this is peanuts for grapevine ppl. Where the pseudo salaries are very high. Looking for someone who in entry level and not from fancy colleges. If everyone is giving sky rocket salaries, World would have been in better place but reality is different outside grapevine world. Just trying my luck
If you are offering entry level salary then hire entry level guys no why 2 yoe ?

For php you are asking for 45lpa, for modern tech you might ask my company:p
We have something already built on php and stuff so looking for relevance
First all you are hiring on wrong platform, most people here with 2 years of experience are already making more than 50k Pm, For this package go to platforms like indeed and naukri.com
PS: I asked for 48LPA not 45LPA

2 YoE, FS.... 99% ❌😕, unless someone is in dire need of a job. The pay which you are offering is what many Frontend Interns get at Startups in BLR.
Maybe you can compensate for the less pay with other incentives or benefits ?
Let me try to give an analogy for your easier understanding,
Truck drivers in small town working for a lala get paid 15k
Truck drivers working for vrl/agarwal logistics types get paid 25k
Truck drivers working for delhivery/dhl types get paid 50k
I've done sweeping generalizations, don't take it at literal value (there are lots of nuances form 35yr old rickety truck to top of line volvo truck)
He's probably targeting the folks looking to upgrade from inhumane conditions to somewhat humane level, not necessarily targeting the better lifestyle seekers.
I'm a backend Developer with 2 years of experience.
I would like to join your startup.
But this is what I need:
CTC: 48LPA
PF
Medical insurance for me and my family
Unlimited vacations policy
However I'm up for free consultation for your startup.

You can try poaching from less famous mass recruiters like dxc, zensar etc, if you allow wfh they'll gladly work at your rates.
btw reality check: Nav backoffice (very small services company in jaipur) hired freshers from my college (Amity University Jaipur) at 7LPA.
Looks like you're most likely targeting bottom-most level of talent.
Need not be. While doing this headhunting, i came across a profile in hirect who's full stack developed applications end to end, mentoring his team and being paid just 2.8LPA in pune. we offered 4 lpa. He accepted offer at another company for 5 lpa. Can't generalise salaries.
We know freshers being paid 18 lpa in few companies but can't expect everyone to pay the same. The market standards is a myth. Will try your suggestions though.
You've answered your question in this comment is itself, from the viewpoint of a employee it's actually quite easy to get offers till 7-8 lpa as even intra witch switches also endup till 6lpa by 2yoe, so you're bound to get Ghosted if you had clean intentions could have offered 50k per month to your Pune candidate (maybe he would have joined) but you've decided to screw with him, so karma got served.
Also be open to freshers.

I don't think you're finding anyone for that role on Grapevine. You can try naukri and indeed. Even Linkedin might work. People here are making 50K at their first jobs

You might have to pick someone from WITCH, on freelance/moonlight basis.
Yes, in fact witch salaries would be somewhere around 30k monthly. So you'll still be giving a 50% hike for someone from these companies.
