Advice needed

Hi Friends, I've been working in a WITCH company for about a year and half. I want to switch to a product based company or startup. In these 1.5 years i worked mostly in support tasks. Now i want to make a switch for a backend role. I know core Java and basic spring boot. Please provide your valuable tips. Thanks in advance.

Guys. Please suggest. I have been working in wipro since the last 4 years without much career growth. I'm planning to do an ms in cs next year , i.e fall 2025 . I wanna pursue an ms primarly bcoz of current stagnant career so that I can eventually switch to a good product based company post my masters in usa. And , also bcoz I can bear the costs financially. But I'm really scared to start all over again . I'll be 27 by the time I start my masters. Is it a good decision to start masters at 27? Will I be able to secure a core entry level SDE job in product based companies at the age of 29? Please guide me

Need your suggestions, I have a total 7 years of experience and recently switched to one of the organization and this is my 3Rd switch, It has been 3 months no learning scope here and in future roadmap also I couldn't see anything much for my tech stack , and current project is too much of Micromagemet, though of switching to other company, as I switched 3 months back can try other switch now? Its good idea any impact on my career? Please suggest

Hey guys, so I have been interning at a company for the past 9 months. They have offered me a ppo and I will most likely accept it. But my interest lies in the ML field or some data fields such as data engineering. Can anyone advice me how do I go about it? Like should go for masters(my undergrad degree is not CS or some pheonix branch). Should I learn on my own and keep giving interview. Or should I take some experience in sde and then switch? Hi Everyone, After Amazon 6 months Intern, Few months back I have joined another MNC, the company culture is quite good, they offer Work from Anywhere but I am not getting good quality of work. Hi , i have 2 years on industry experience in java springboot but i was on bench from starting and haven't brushup my skills much,learned springboot in trainning so have some knowledge of it but doesn't have project experience, so in order to switch or have other urgent job because or recession please give me advise how can i switch to next company and make most out of this situation. P.s i know i am wrong at my part but now i am willing to learn and seek advise so please help me with this regard it would be really helpful for me.

Status: 1.7 yoe | Passout from Tier 3 Position: SDE1 at a product based company (Java Backend) CTC: 5.2 lpa I resigned from there in April because of personal health reasons plus the work environment and the pay did not suit me well. I was confident to find a better pay as compared to how/the amount of work I got done there in comparison to my peers but unfortunately I feel lost now. From last two months I am focussing on my DSA concepts, and now feel a bit confident to start interviewing again. One of my concern is will this type of career break impact seriously or is that acceptable to companies. Secondly, sometimes I also get confused on should I focus on the core subjects again thoroghly or just grind leetcode properly first and then maybe a week or so on OS, DBMS, OOPS, Java, Spring Boot (based on my last project at work). Kindly give some assistance on time partitioning since I am getting overwhelmed in order to get myself "fully prepared". Also pls help me with referrals, if any.
