Career guidance for switching into Data Analytics

Hi! I'm a CA Inter pass out with about 7 years work ex. I have worked in fields such as Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Compliance and Reporting. And i for a fair fact also believe i have a thing for Data analytics. I get too excited when i have to work with large chunks of data on a spreadsheet to formulate results out of it. I want to get into Data Analytics. How do I go about it ? I have been learning R and Python at a slow pace. Suggestions and inputs are most welcome.

As a SWE having 5yoe in Java I find myself absolutely bored and done with this profile currently preparing to switch to Data Analytics domain and try to build my tech stack from there. I wanna ask how many of you successfully transitioned and what tips would you offer. Also query to managers who are interviewing such roles what are your expectations and suggestions. Any advice to help me is welcome

I have 8 years of experience in the Non-IT domain and I'm currently learning Data analytics tools( SQL, Power Bi or Tableau and advanced Excel). Hi guys, I have a tier - II MBA, 5 years of work-ex post MBA. I currently work in marketing and the pay is good. However, I struggle with my mental health in this role, especially because I am an introvert who deals with ADHD. I have figured out that IC roles with minimal dependency on other people is where I thrive. I also like working with data in my role, whenever I get the chance to do so. I figured that Data Analytics/Science could be one of the fields that I could work well in. How do I pivot to this field? Where do I start? What kind of salary structure can I look at? What would be the growth? Is it even worth it?
