If I join TCS in Oct 2024, do I will be eligible for anniversary hike in Oct 2025?

Hey guys, I'm having my managerial round discussions with Accenture next week so trying to inquire more about the company's performance. Vertical - Technology 1. Since last year there were almost no hikes given, what is the expectation for this year? 2. If I join by October, will I be considered for hikes this cycle? My guess is no. Let me know. 3. My current firm is set to release next hike by May 2025 but if I join Accenture I will have to wait for a hike in Dec 2025. That means 1.5 years without a new compensation. What's the percentage I should be asking rn? Any suggestions, please?

My joining date in infosys is on September 26, 2024. Will I be a part of the 2025 appraisal cycle or do I need to wait till 2026 for my next hike?

If a person joins EY in April 2024, will they be eligible for a hike and bonus in September-October 2024? If not, will EY give a hike and bonus after one year of completion, or would they need to wait until September-October 2025?

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday. Suggestions are appreciated.

I have heard there is no yearly hike at Publicis Sapient , is it true. Last year also they have not provided any hike. Can anyone confirm what's happening why it's not providing. Is this process is there in PS. If hike going to given means when it will be and how much it will be. I joined 2yrs back in PS.

Hi Accenture folks, What's the hike scenario in Accenture? Is it the same as tcs in single digit like 2% 3% type or in double digits?? Any comment will be very appreciable. Thanks for reading 👍
