Dummy Jobs ?!!

I have seen multiple companies posting vacancy on LinkedIn and Naukri but I see no post of any candidate getting hired or sharing onboarding. Are they posting this to avoid panic in open market ? Especially in the field of Data. Thoughts ?

Looking for recommendations where HR's reply is faster/processing of application is faster.

There are lot of communities and individuals on LinkedIn and Instagram who are postings job opportunities from various companies. Only few links will redirect to actual company careers pages mostly it will be redirected to google form where they collect user data or cuvette platform or a wordpress website with lot of ads. It’s so irritating for job hunters to find the actual openings. Whats is your view on this? Is it legel also to post company openings without there permission? Can you recommend any good job aggregator platforms?

Corporate catfishing? More companies are posting realistic job listings that don't exist. Companies doing this are trying to trick employees into thinking the company is growing and that they are hiring more workers to alleviate their workload. This is not only manipulative, but immoral. If you want to increase productivity and alleviate stress in your office, start by showing appreciation for your employees and encouraging them. Share some companies you might know that have been doing this.

Hi peeps, Given the wonderful places you all work in, wanted to request if people can share good roles available out there at your company/some place you know. I’m on the lookout to a switch, but I know many are, might be very helpful to have shares across diff companies and roles. Hope this is okay. Thanks good people!

Hi everyone recently i have went interview with eclerx for there client as goldmansachs [soft dev role] i was fine as they are giving decent hike on current . After clearing interview she asked me to give every document to release the offer.I was ok and then she started asking every document from joining bonus credit to each sem marks along with my name in that and residential proof or what not. I was little resistive but still gave it as she was mentioning its bank and compliance. Today she mentioned she will release the offer knowingly i have to join the other org tomorrow. Now after reaching out couple of time she called back saying i had a call with super boss since pay is high i need to take one more client round. I see the email she used was correct and the profile of both hr were fine on linkedin but the way she behaved while expediting on document part and later saying its ok if you don’t want to join. I smell something cooking. Did this happened to you ? What do you think assuming supply of candidates are they preparing some database. Also what are the red flags you have seen these days

I am seeing lots of jobs post on LinkedIn from various companies and when u apply to them there is no call back or any update from them. I am now like confused if those post are even true or not? Anyone face/observe this

I have been seeing their different types of PM roles job opening for last 1 year now. Are they really not able to close these roles. Each posting has almost 100+ application and still they are not able to close these roles. Every month of 2 these roles gets reopened and still no body is getting hired. I have heard somewhere that companies are circling job postings in order to increase LinkedIN followers, is that the case here? Any thoughts?

Hello Fine Viners- it's been 2 months now that I am actively looking for a job change. Have faced instances where the HR calls me regarding the scheduling of the interview, but vo hota hi nahi hai! Even if the interview is scheduled, I don't get an update post that call. I have rejected 2 offers (there are solid reasons to do so) and have been rejected from 2 :( LinkedIn and IIMjobs are on a constant battle on who will give me the most rejection emails or updates. Anyways, I am getting a bit worried lately and wanted to know from ya'll, IS HIRING EVEN HAPPENING!?
