How much companies are paying?
Guys i have exact 3 years of experience in analytics and I am underpaid. Planning to switch. Max how much I can expect and get as a person with 3 years of experience.
The problem is everyone is asking current salary and based on that they discuss further, which companies to target to get 30-35?

It is nearly impossible to get this much in one hike if you’re from Deloitte.
Take time and aim for two switches atleast.

Why so hurry..you cant tpuch the sky in 3yrs..analytics is a diverse field..it takes practise to grasp it..it is not just a tool..
