Let's ask Modi ji to make this a law.
Everyone should work 84 hours per week. All of us have wasted too much time in the last 10 years already.

No work requires 40 hours when done efficiently in a mature setup. Longer work hours are probably needed when any firm is young.

Yes one generation needs to put up the effort. Let that be his generation. Younger folks can conitnue with the 40 hr work week. Same pay.

Only if 84% of the companies' shares are also distributed among employees as RSUs/eSOPs.
If not that, then 84 hour law should be applicable only to owners/major shareholders of the companies. 😄
No way any employee will be stupid enough to work for 84 hours/week, when most of the wealth created by their work goes to companies' owners/shareholders. 😄
