Hi guys which company is better in terms of salary, work life balance and job satisfaction for a 16 years experienced solution architect? I need to make a decision soon. So please help 🙏🏻
Join Infosys only if you have a very good in-hand salary. Because once you join as a lateral, forget about hikes for 2-3:years and you won't get full variable pay each quarter.
