Paytm Product Head and Politics

Is Shreyas Srinivasan now more focused on company politics and bickering rather than focusing on product building? His largely talks about homepage designs only (like that's the only product management he knows), comes and gives gyaan but never had been able to deliver nos (his current KPIs are all red since 2 months), blames on other teams / external factors rather than owning things up like any half decent leader. And most funny he and his minions (Neehar etc.) create full mess and then they start taking moral high ground / highlighting that how product is messed up once they pass responsibility to some other team. No wonders Paytm lags so much behind PhonePe and GPay. When product leaders focus more on politics than getting work done, not sure how will key metrics grow.
