Please help

just asking for referral ....kindly help getting at least interview opportunity...have been constantly applying to various jobs for last 4 months since layoff ...till now no interview....I have 2 years experience as support engineer trying to switch to data analyst role....can share my resume if anyone could please provide feedback or any referral it would be of great help...thanks in advance ...and please don't post that post this LinkedIn because tried that and received only 10 reactions

Hey there everyone, I hope you all are having a wonderful day. I'll get straight to the point, I've been applying for jobs for last 3 months and i haven't got a single call back or interview calls from anywhere, I've applied to 100 of companies, from entry level job to mid senior level job, I've tried every job portal, I've tried getting referrals, hell I've sent 500+ cold emails, I've also tried tailoring my resume for the role. Now a little bit about myself: I'm currently working as a product analyst and have 3 YOE. I did my b.tech from tier 1 college and graduated in 2021. Right after graduation i got a job with a decent package. So considering my profile and YOE, it shouldn't be this hard tp get a job or even a call back!! Can anyone tell me what am i doing wrong?, or anyone care to give any tips. Ps: why the hell are companies asking for 5-6 YOE for an analyst profile??!!! Thanks y'all Cheers

Hey everyone, I’m currently looking for a job switch as currently my position in the organisation is not quite good to stay. So I have to join somewhere asap. I’m actively applying and looking for new job Role as front end developer. I’m trying to apply actively on Naukri and LinkedIn . Plus also applied through referrals in few companies. But I don’t know why I am not getting any calls for the interview. I have 1.9 months of experience with infosys plus 6 months internship in Cognizant. I’m quite worried now as I’m not receiving any calls, is there something I’m doing wrong. Please anyone can help me by suggesting something which can lend me calls for interview. Can analyse my resume and see if it’s correctly aligned or not? Or normally things like this take more time than this, I’m being impatient?

Hi Grapeviners, I have ten years of work ex in performance marketing and CRM. I started job search actively from Feb 15 this year and landed first interview today. How bad is the market out there. I usually get hired with in 30 job applications, also I apply to the role only if 70% and above role match with my previous experience also use referrals when available. So, my intern period ends this month. They said they are going to convert me to full-time, but the problem is I researched and found that full-time time salaries are almost equal to intern stipends(20k) . I started applying a while ago on linkedin, career , etc, etc, but I have got no responses. I really want myself to have a offer by the month end. or atmax in a 2-3 months. What should I do? Please suggest an action plan.

I'll be graduating soon from college with a Bachelor in Engineering and I am unable to get any interview calls let alone the jobs, I've been applying to job openings and have lost count now they should be in hundreds. I've applied to openings which include experience of 1+, 2+, and 3+ yrs hoping some might count my internship experience of 1.5 yrs (1yr in one and 6 months in other) where I've worked on actual products and not on some bootcamp projects. I have only received automated emails of rejections and 0 calls. My main skills include frontend dev with Reactjs (and other framework like Vue) and know almost all the popular libraries associated with that along with that I am also familiar with backend dev using nodejs and currently learning go programming language. There's so much to say but I want to keep this post short. I want to know what should I focus on there's so much confusion and it's getting harder to sail the boat with all these news of layoffs and hiring freezes for which I am not sure if I am taking it as an excuse for being not skilled enough.

I am B.E. - Computer Science graduated in 2019. After that I started preparing for Upsc civil services exam. I didn't clear. So I decided to pivot to corporate sector. I upskilled myself for data analyst. I have been looking for job since last 1.5 year. But I am hardly getting any interview calls. Can't understand what am I doing wrong. Please help.
