How to maximize phone utilization?

I feel we are stuck between 4-5 apps daily and not using the phone (the great invention) to it's fullest Suggest ideas that I can try P.S. Android user btw

Delete those apps and see the magic happen. If you still don't use the phone more, that's a good thing, better to downgrade to a menial budget basic smartphone.

TV was a great invention until it turned to idiot box. It all depends on how u use the invention. If it is adding value to ur life then u don’t need to look for more ways.

People who reduced IG/Smartphone usage, how did you do it?

It’s clear to me that this isn’t good for me. My interaction with the outside world and being in the present is inversely proportional to how much I use IG/smartphone. IG is obv the strongest drug, but in general want to be more conscious about what I do on my phone, when Inuse it. Looking for genuine advice. Please help 🙏🏻

Phone(YouTube) addiction

I couldn't concentrate for my placement preparation. Whenever I sit for studies, after 1hour session, then I go for a 15min break for second 1hr session. But that 15min break becomes 45min Or 60min break b'coz I get to watch YouTube(I don't use any other social media). & then I lost the motivation to sit for studies. I'm trying different apps to limit phone(primarily YouTube usage, but nothings working. Please suggest some solution guys. I need your precious guidance.
