Founder took a 1hr interview where 55 mins he was only talking. He has no idea about product or the industry. Like zero idea. I was in the last round of a PM role and suddenly the team started ghosting. What’s more weird is - a lot of people left the startup by saying they have toxic HR policies and founder does micro management without even knowing anything about the industry
