Competitor offering a role

So first thing first, im a mobile app dev. Ive worked on various tech : flutter, android, some backend shit. I have apps on around 100k devices. I have a total exp around 2.2 yrs (including 7 months intern) I'm currently having a package of 3 lpa :(. How much should i expect? And how do i get one? Hard to find connections though. The reason of this ctc is Im from small city. Well i do have offer of 6.5 lpa. Is it justifiable ? . Can u tell me how much should i expect from my next switch?

The role offers great learning opportunities with the latest tech stack (React, Node.js), but it's a contract-based position on third-party payroll. I am hearing that some companies are laying off again? So is this a good time to switch or just stay wherever I am. That being said, I am not happy with my CTC and looking for a hike. And my current CTC is ~26 so how much hike can I expect if I do a switch?

And 2 yoe as ML Engineer at a start up.Currently I am upskilling on gen ai and mlops as well. Current CTC :12 LPA(FIXED). What should be the minimum I should expect?in my next switch. Please help decide. Which one should I join?

I got offered a position in Adobe as an Architect YOE 12 33 base + bonus 5L bonus. RSU - 50K USD across 4 years PF etc - 2.5L Am I being lowballed? My current CTC is 29.3L with 32% variable on top of it. I tried negotiating but with no luck, RSU was increased from 40K to 50K as a result of that.

I joined my current org right out of college and have been working here for 2+ years. I really like the company’s culture, openness while pay is also great as per my standards and needs. I recently interviewed for a startup casually and got an offer as well. Now I’m in a dilemma whether I should join the new org or stay although the pay jump looks pretty decent to me. P.S. Not a brag post but genuinely looking for answers as I’m really out of touch with the industry and given the current recession, can’t really make up my mind. Current TC.- 20 Offered - 26 + variable

Lets discuss here our current CTC and YoE along with Designation. More experience people will tell us if need to switch. Mine is 13.1 LPA with 6 Years and 4 months of experience.
