Weekend work?
It’s been 5th weekend we are working . How can we avoid this ? It’s taking toll on everyone’s health but still ppl are not changing their deadlines.
Ask for com-off and weekend pay if that also doesn’t work say u r not feeling well and don’t work you need to initiate from some point
No comp off no work from home also they saying put sick leave n work from home according to RTO policy
