If anyone wants to share interview experience at PayPal. What was general feedback time after each round and final offer! If rejected did they inform?

Applied to Paypal through a linkedin job post around mid May. Got reached out by their HR late in May for an Online Assessment round on Hackerrank. OA was of 1 hour and contained 8 MCQ on Android and 2 DSA easy level leetcode - 2 sum + max profit. Cleared that and 2 WEEKS later got asked to interview for a subject in depth and DSA round. This round contained general Android knowledge and in depth language awareness questions(Kotlin based). Around the end of the interview, the interviewer asked to open any preferrer IDE and share the screen and then to write a solution for eliminating a target value from Integer array(can contain duplicates too) without using extra space. Cleared that and went on to the 3rd round three days later which was essentially a repeat of the previous round but more conversational. The time ran out before any DSA Question could be asked. Three days later got asked to interview for the Hiring Manager round which got scheduled and then got cancelled a day before the interview was supposed to take place. Tabse leke ye haal hai. HRs are ghosting and seem clueless themselves. Their workday portal also has removed the link for the role I was interviewing for. Who else has been through this haath ko aaya mooh na laga situation?

I am looking for referral in any startups or product based companies in India in any city or remote. I'm about to graduate in June 2023. I am currently working as intern at Microsoft (Offcampus), the chances of PPO are very high but I don't like the work and project here, so I might not take it. Before this I interned at a fintech startup (Offcampus) for 7 months, where I would have loved to join full time but my PPO got cancelled due to sudden hiring freeze in the company :( Applied to entry level SDE jobs in a lot of companies but got no replies or the typical "There is a hiring freeze, we'll contact you once it ends."
