I got provisional offer from Capgemini. What does it mean? And Mochapro English test link as well, how to get pass in it?

I got offer from capgemini. They told to download the offer letter from the portal link which they have provided. I don't find the logo of capgemini on the offer letter is the offer genuine? Got an offer from Capgemini with 16 lpa and 1 lac joining bonus. How much would be my in-hand salary per month? Also HR mentioned I would be given C1 grade. What are the different grades and their levels in Capgemini? Worried about rumours on no annual hikes and learning opportunities.. Appreciate if anyone is able to provide me with a better understanding on this for me. Thank you!!

Is Capgemini a good company to join as a fresher? If they are releasing the offer in June-2024, when will the onboarding process start? Will it be a virtual or in process mode?

Today got a call from HR manager and expect me to join early, if early release is not possible then they will drop/hold my profile. During last one month ongoing discussion HR was aware that I’m yet to resign, informed that official notice period is 90 days but negotiable up to 60 days, don't know why HR manager and HR are not on the same page🤷🏻‍♂️ How to convince for early release or delay the joining date? Please help.

Hello, I have given interview in Capgemini on 20th April. On 22nd I received an email to proceed further share dox so I shared dox but after that no response or any email. Are they doing BGC and how much time it will take?

I'm interviewing Capgemini and my first interview was in mid July and cleared the first round with very positive feedback. Next, they scheduled the 2nd round of technical interview directly with Clients and I have cleared that too with very positive feedback as HR informed me. Next, the HR round happened and they are giving little less than what I asked for. 1) Is Capgemini a good company to join in this current market? 2) They are giving a 30% increase only on the current CTC, is it good? YOE : 6 Years Switch : 3rd Switch Capgemini: Will give 30k re-location and 30% increment & 3 days mandatory office. Current Company: very much flexibility with WFO(atleast as of now), working on a good project but no much WLB, have to work on weekend too sometimes.

Still WFH option is available. Is it remote or hybrid mode of work in capgemini. If it is hybrid how many days work for office?
