Got an offer from Capgemini with 16 lpa and 1 lac joining bonus. How much would be my in-hand salary per month? Also HR mentioned I would be given C1 grade. What are the different grades and their levels in Capgemini? Worried about rumours on no annual hikes and learning opportunities..
