Ats friendly resumes!

I'm looking for some no nonsense hack to get interview calls from HRs that you followed and you feel that it would be helpful for others.

Hi guys I'm a campus hire, 1 year experience. I want to switch to a different domain. I see people switching from my company to much better offers but I can't really ask them because my managers may hear about it. Do you guys apply to jobs via linkedin? Directly to company website? Via referrals? Are there jobs that aren't listed on company websites? Pls help a noob out, any guidance is GREATLY appreciated. I really want to switch careers asap.

I have been working in HRTech space for quite a few years now and never saw a guy whose application didn't get into ATS because his/her resume was not compliant. Generally ATS uses third party service to generate matching scores which takes keywords from your resume and job description, however it does not impact your resume visibility. Many companies and freelancers monetize on this vulnerability which is totally sham!

I have been applying for BIA positions or Business analyst positions but my resume isn't getting shortlisted in good companies. I am currently a Business analyst working in a FAANG company already and have relevant work experience. I am assuming it's something to do with my resume being ATS friendly, i tried making it as friendly as possible for ATS but only getting calls from random small companies. Any HR professionals out here? please give some guidance what I should do to make my resume get shortlisted?

Recruiters and People who see through a lot of resumes! What is a good resume and tips to build an ATS friendly Resume. Any key or specific things a recruiter or hiring manager wants to see in resume. Also with so much fuss about layouts and Cover letters, does this really matter when it comes to actual shortlisting for interview? Thanks for sharing your opinions!!

Folks who are giving interviews these days, which companies are you interviewing for ? Also what is the method of getting the interview ? Did recruiter reach out to you on LinkedIn, or you applied on a company portal and got the call or did you ask for a referral ?

Looking for first hand resume services used that help in creating ATS clearing resumes. Lot of scams running around as AI resumes.
