Sabbatical justification

I m looking for a break while on the job at TCS. Am looking for some valid justification to get my sabbatical aproved. I have to finetune my health and my relationships and my mental health while am on break. Kindly suggest me some verbose that will have higher chances of getting corporate approval for sure.
